Italian language school in Arezzo – Tuscany
Established in 1998, Cultura Italiana Arezzo specialises in organising Italian courses for non-Italian speakers interested in spending a period of time in Italy for cultural, tourism or professional reasons. Our school stands out for flexibility, family atmosphere and regularly reviewed teaching methods. We not only offer Italian lessons but also numerous extracurricular activities, enabling students to engage with local people while experiencing Italian culture to the full.
Where we are
The school is located in the historical centre of Arezzo, in a pedestrianised area full of bars, restaurants and shops. A small to medium sized city in the heart of Tuscany, Arezzo is an ideal place to study the Italian language, and to connect with local people and traditions. In addition, tourism is less invasive here than in other Italian cities while the cost of living is fairly low.
Arezzo is a city rich in history, art and unique attractions which retains an authentic way of life. Thanks to its central location, the most famous Tuscan cities such as Florence, Pisa and Siena, and many other places are easily accessible. Staying in Arezzo also offers the opportunity to discover the wonderful region beyond the city, with fascinating medieval villages and picture-postcard landscapes

COMBINED COURSES
As well as standard language courses, we also offer combined courses giving students the opportunity to study Italian in class while also experiencing Italian culture first-hand.
Language and cooking course – includes Italian cookery classes, tastings and visits to the market.

Language and art history course – focusing on art from the Medieval and Renaissance periods.
Language and fresco/watercolour course – studying the oldest artistic techniques in the history of Italian art to create unique and original works.
Language and trekking – discovering the beauty of the landscapes in our region and beyond.
OUR STUDENTS
Our students are mainly mature students who choose to study in Arezzo in order to immerse themselves in true Italian culture. Our classes are small, enabling students to interact with each other in a friendly and relaxed environment.
